Continued from [New PS3 Teardow (1)] Latest PS3 Hotter Than Ever

We prepared incense to visualize the flows of supply and exhaust air of the PS3. However, because the idea suddenly occurred to us, we were not ready with equipment to carry it out.

It was especially difficult to take a picture of smoke. We could successfully take only one picture, which shows smoke wafting sideways due to hot air from the vent holes on the back of the PS3.

Then, we tried to find a fresh air inlet, but there was no place where smoke was clearly being sucked in. Judging from its appearance, we thought that the new PS3 intakes air from the vent holes on the circumference on the bottom side. But it seemed that the air current near that part is not noticeably strong.
