[HIGHLIGHT] Taiwan External Trade Development Council (TAITRA) is the foremost non-profit trade promotion organization in Taiwan. Jointly sponsored by the government, industry associations, and several commercial organizations, TAITRA assists Taiwan businesses and manufacturers with reinforcing their international competitiveness and in coping with the challenges they face in foreign markets. Display Taiwan 2008, co-organized by PIDA, SEMI, TAITRA and TCA, welcomed 3,600 international buyers and 28,000 domestic visitors. With this year’s growth, the next event will be relocated to the brand new NANGANG Exhibition Hall to help it meet the massive increase in size.
