[HIGHLIGHT] Mitsubishi Gas Chemical Co., Inc. has launched into mass-productions of heat resistant transparent polyimide film "Neopulim L" and heat resistant pressure sensitive adhesive "Neopulim T". "Neopulim L" is a transparent colorless film, having high Tg (over 300ºC) and excellent dimensional stability with small heat shrinkage. So, it can be used as substrate material of various electronic devices. We have also developed the LH grade, which has been decreased CTE to 35ppm/ºC. "Neopulim T" is a heat resistant pressure sensitive adhesive to be used up to 250ºC. It is siloxane free and halogen free. So it may be widely used in various industrial processes. It is a resin solution with one liquid type or two liquid types. At customer's request, we can supply with many kinds of solvent and wide range of viscosity.
