About registration for the exhibition

How should I enter to the exhibition?

Please print the PDF file from the invitation ticket printing page. Please fill out the back side of invitation ticket with necessary information and hand in to the on-site registration reception desk.
* Simple paper work will occur at the on-site registration reception desk.

About registration for the forum

If I have a invitation ticket, can I attend the forum?

You need separate registration in advance to attend each sessions of the forum.
Please register through the forum registration page.

What do I need to do to attend the forum?

You need separate registration in advance to attend each sessions of the forum.
Please register through the forum registration page.

I'd like to attend the session fully booked already.

Registration is closed as soon as it becomes overcapacity.
For Keynote sessions, if there are any cancellation, cancelled seat might be available.
If you wish to wait for any cancellation, please visit reception desk on-site.

Registration deadline has passed but, can I still attend the session?

The session can be attend only when there is a vacant on that day.

If I have a invitation ticket, can I attend the forum?

For Keynote sessions, if there are any cancellation, cancelled seat might be available.
For other fee-charged sessions, please visit reception desk of the session which you
would like to attend.

Is it possible to send other attendee who takes place of the registrant?

In the principal, we are not accepting such a case. Attendee needs registration in advanceto attend each sessions of the forum.
Only for fee-charged sessions, we will welcome other attendee who takes place of the registrant.
In such a case, please have the attendee visit on-site reception desk with a ticket and 1 business card ready.
