Qualcomm Inc and Lenovo Mobile Communications Technology Ltd have entered into a subscriber unit license agreement to cover WCDMA subscriber products.
Under the terms of the agreement, Qualcomm has granted Lenovo Mobile a patent license to develop, manufacture and sell WCDMA subscriber units for high-speed broadband wireless access. Additionally, the two companies intend to cooperate in the development of certain subscriber unit products incorporating CDMA technology.

Lenovo Mobile Communication Technology Ltd, a subsidiary of Lenovo Group, specializes in the R&D, production and marketing of mobile phones.
