CENとCENELECはいずれも，欧州の標準化団体。CENELECは欧州電気標準化委員会（European Committee for Electrotechnical Standardization）で電気・電子分野の標準化を，CENは欧州標準化委員会（European Committee for Standardization）で電気分野以外の標準化を担当している。
